If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.   1. Orders and Contract Formation

Product listings on the site are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. When you submit an order through checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. The contract between you and Samuel Mannetta forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation email for the items in question. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where pricing has been listed in error, where we suspect fraud, or where delivery to your address is not feasible. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

All prices on the site are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax where applicable. Shipping fees, where they apply, are added at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm payment. Where a pricing or stock error is obvious, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after payment has been taken.

  1. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any buy now pay later providers shown at checkout. Payments are processed by encrypted, PCI compliant third party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, fees, transit times, delivery areas, and risk allocation are set out in the Shipping and Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
