Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery
At Samuel Mannetta we work to process and dispatch every order quickly, safely, and carefully. Orders are handled by trusted Australian based logistics partners so that delivery is consistent, trackable, and professional from warehouse to door.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within one business day after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been picked and packed, it is handed to our courier network for shipping.
A confirmation email lands in your inbox the moment your order ships, carrying a tracking number where the carrier supports it.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery across Australia takes three to seven business days after dispatch for most products.
Bulkier items such as swimming pools, spas, hot tubs, and grills move through specialist freight partners and may take seven to fourteen business days, since these shipments need careful handling, two person lifts, and scheduled delivery slots.
Regional and remote postcodes can add one to three additional business days on top of the standard window.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Australia, including: New South Wales Victoria Queensland Western Australia South Australia Tasmania Australian Capital Territory Northern Territory
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free across Australia on orders over $99 AUD. Orders below the threshold show a flat rate at checkout based on the destination. Bulky or oversized items may carry a freight surcharge, which is always shown in your cart before you confirm payment. No fees are added after checkout.
Delivery of Bulky and Oversized Items
For large outdoor and household items we use specialist freight services that include careful handling, padded transport, and where necessary an appointment based delivery slot. This protects your order from transit damage and allows you to be home when it arrives.
For very large or heavy items, the carrier may contact you in advance to confirm a suitable delivery window.
Delays
We do everything within our control to deliver inside the published window, but external factors can occasionally cause a delay, including: Carrier network congestion Severe weather events Bushfires, floods, or natural disaster zones Public holiday periods Manufacturer or supplier stock movements
When a meaningful delay arises, we contact affected customers proactively rather than waiting to be asked.
Tracking and Communication
After dispatch you receive an email containing tracking details so you can follow the parcel from depot to door.
If tracking is briefly unavailable, the shipment is still being scanned into the carrier network. Tracking events generally appear within twenty four hours of dispatch.
Missed Delivery
If you are not at the address when the courier arrives, the carrier will either attempt redelivery on the next business day or redirect the parcel to a nearby collection point, depending on the courier and the postcode. The dispatch email and the tracking page list the specific options available for your shipment.
Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please sign for it as damaged where possible and email support within forty eight hours with photos so we can act under the Australian Consumer Law.
Public Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the next business day. Carrier transit pauses on those days too, which can extend the delivery window slightly across long weekend periods.
